If you or your company has an urgent need for service and has a valid emergency services contract with us, enter your customer identification number in the form below, and click 'SUBMIT'. Your number will be validated and your trouble ticket will be started for emergency response. Your customer identification number is found on the front page of your maintenance agreement with CIC. Based on emergency support terms, you will typically reach a support specialist live or be contacted within 1 hour.

If you or your company does not have a valid emergency services contract with us, has a non-urgent request for support, or you do not know your customer identification number, please feel free to contact us or dial 877-423-5372 and leave us a voice message. We will return your inquiry within 1 business day, often sooner.
